How we handle your data

Who handles the data

What data we collect
- Enquiry form and estimate calculator: name, phone number, email, the address or city of the project, a description of the works, the photos and files you attach, and your calculator answers. You provide this data yourself so that we can prepare a proposal.
- Website statistics: on the website we use "Google Analytics 4" (anonymised traffic data). The app uses no analytics or advertising tracking tools.
- App on your phone saves only your calculator answers on the device itself, so that when you return you can pick up where you left off. They are not sent anywhere until you press "Send".
What we use it for
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, arrange a site visit and, if we come to an agreement, draw up a contract. We do not sell your data to anyone or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are sent by email to info@vpstatyba.lt (email service provided by UAB "Interneto vizija", servers in Lithuania). We do not pass your data on to third parties, except where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 2 years from the last correspondence, and contract documents for as long as accounting law requires (10 years).
Your rights
You may request access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, or lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt). Write to info@vpstatyba.lt – we will reply within 30 days.
App permissions
The app asks for access to your photos or camera only when you choose to attach a file to your enquiry. We do not use your contacts, location or other device data.
Account deletion
The app does not create accounts. To delete an enquiry you sent earlier, write to info@vpstatyba.lt.
