Diamond concrete cutting
We cut precise openings in concrete, reinforced concrete and masonry walls and floor slabs. Diamond cutting causes no impact, so the structure around the opening remains undamaged.

Where diamond cutting is used
- New door and window openings in concrete and masonry walls
- Widening existing openings
- Openings in floor slabs, for example for stairs
- Cut-outs for building services
- Cutting out parts of reinforced concrete structures before reconstruction
Why we cut rather than break
- No impact or vibration. The walls and floor slabs around the opening do not crack.
- Smooth edge. The edges of the opening are straight, so there is less plastering and the frame is easier to fit.
- Less dust. We cut with water cooling and cover the floors and stairwell.
- Faster. A diamond blade cuts through thick reinforced concrete faster than breaking it out by hand.

Frequently asked questions
Do you cut reinforced concrete with rebar?
Yes. A diamond blade cuts through concrete together with the rebar.
Will there be a lot of water and dust?
We cut with water cooling, so there is little dust. We collect the water and cover the floors and stairwell.
Do I need a permit to cut an opening?
If the wall or floor slab is load-bearing, a design and a permit are required. For a non-load-bearing partition a permit is usually not needed.
