RenovationThree renovation scopes
Cosmetic. Refreshing walls and ceilings, painting, new floor coverings, sockets. The wiring and plumbing stay as they are.
Major. The old finishes are stripped back to the substrate, the electrical wiring and plumbing are replaced, the walls and floors are levelled, and the bathroom is fitted out.
Turnkey. A major renovation plus doors, lighting, plumbing fixtures and final cleaning. You move in with your furniture and everything works.

We calculate the cost of electrical installation, plumbing and materials for each specific flat: it depends on the number of outlets, the number of bathrooms and the chosen level of materials.
What most often increases the estimate
- Uneven walls and floors. In older buildings, levelling may need more compound and labour than is apparent at first.
- Number of bathrooms. Every bathroom means plumbing, waterproofing, tiling and fixtures.
- Re-planning. Partition wall demolition and new plasterboard partition walls, and if the wall is load-bearing, also design and permit.
- Material level. The same tiles are laid for the same price, but the price of the tiles themselves can differ several times over.
- Changes during the works. Every “and maybe we could also…” changes the estimate, so decisions are best made before starting.
How payment works and how long it takes
We work under a contract with a fixed price, stages and deadline. Payments in stages: 30 % deposit, 25 % after stage II, 25 % after stage III, 20 % after the handover certificate. The deadline is written into the contract, and the site manager is responsible for keeping to it.

Does the price include materials?
The table shows labour rates. In the calculator and the estimate we include materials according to the chosen level, while furniture, appliances and light fittings stay outside the estimate (only their installation is included).
Can the renovation be done in stages?
Yes, for example the bathroom first and the rest of the flat later. Doing it all at once is usually cheaper, though, because the tradesmen and materials are brought in only once.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes, we provide a guarantee for the works; its terms are set out in the contract and the handover certificate.
