Free interior design
When you order a full major renovation of a flat or house, we prepare the interior design project free of charge. You see the result before work begins, and the tradesmen work from the drawings.

Conversation
We call you back within one working day, find out what you need and arrange a site visit.
Site visit
We visit the site or assess it from drawings and photos. Free of charge.
Estimate and contract
An estimate with quantities and a list of what it does not include. The contract sets out the price, stages and deadline.
Works
The site manager organises the tradesmen and materials, and you always know what is happening on site.
Handover
You accept the work under a handover certificate and receive the documents and warranty.
You pay in stages, for work already completed. Additional work is agreed in writing before it starts.
Frequently asked questions
Can I live in the flat during the renovation?
Usually not during demolition and plastering. Smaller jobs can be done room by room.
Do you buy the materials?
We can take care of buying and delivering the materials, or work with materials you have bought.
Can you re-plan a flat that has a load-bearing wall?
Yes. We handle the demolition design and permits ourselves, and then fit out the flat turnkey.
