Bathroom renovation to turnkey standard

From stripping out the old tiles to a fitted shower and mirror. We replace the pipework, apply waterproofing, lay tiles and install the fixtures.

What we do

Strip-out. We strip out the old tiles, bath and old plumbing and remove the waste.
Pipework. We replace the water supply and drainage pipes and relocate the outlets to suit the new layout.
Base. We level the walls and floors and install plasterboard ceilings.
Waterproofing. We protect the floors and shower area from moisture.
Tiles. We lay wall and floor tiles.
Fixtures. We install the toilet, washbasin, shower or bath and the towel radiator.

Conversation
We call you back within one working day, find out what you need and arrange a site visit.
Site visit
We visit the site or assess it from drawings and photos. Free of charge.
Estimate and contract
An estimate with quantities and a list of what it does not include. The contract sets out the price, stages and deadline.
Works
The site manager organises the tradesmen and materials, and you always know what is happening on site.
Handover
You accept the work under a handover certificate and receive the documents and warranty.

FAQ

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

It depends on the size of the bathroom and whether the pipework is being replaced. The deadline is written into the contract.

Can a bath be replaced with a shower?

Yes. We install a shower with a floor drain or shower tray and relocate the drainage outlet.

Do you help choose tiles and fittings?

We advise on tiles and sanitaryware, and we can buy and deliver the materials for you.
