Handover
You accept the work under a handover certificate and receive the documents and warranty.
You pay in stages, for work already completed. Additional work is agreed in writing before it starts.

Can a partition wall be demolished without a design?
A non-load-bearing partition wall usually can be. Before starting, we check that the wall really is non-load-bearing.
How long does demolition take?
Partition walls in a flat are usually removed within 1–3 days. Work on a load-bearing wall, with propping and frame installation, takes longer. The deadline is written into the contract.
Will there be a lot of dust?
We set up dust protection, cover the floors and stairwell, and clean up after the work.
