What you can order
- The whole house, turnkey. From the foundations to the last light switch.
- Individual stages. For example, only the foundations, walls and roof.
- Finishing in a house that is already built. When the shell is up and the interior needs fitting out.
Free interior design
When you order turnkey house construction, we prepare the interior design project free of charge. That way decisions are made in advance, not during construction.
We calculate the price from your design. If there is no design yet, we will advise you where to start.
How we work
Conversation
We call you back within one working day, find out what you need and arrange a site visit.
Site visit
We visit the site or assess it from drawings and photos. Free of charge.
Estimate and contract
An estimate with quantities and a list of what it does not include. The contract sets out the price, stages and deadline.
Works
The site manager organises the tradesmen and materials, and you always know what is happening on site.
Handover
You accept the work under a handover certificate and receive the documents and warranty.
You pay in stages, for work already completed. Additional work is agreed in writing before it starts.
Frequently asked questions
Can you build to my design?
Yes. Based on your design we prepare an estimate with quantities and a work schedule.
Can I order only part of the work?
Yes, for example only the foundations, walls and roof, or only the interior finishing.
How is house construction paid for?
In stages: 30% deposit, 25% twice during the work and 20% after the handover certificate.
